Board of Fire Commissioners

Josh Seanard

Position #1

Commissioner Seanard was appointed to the Commissioner position in March 2025 and elected in November 2025.  He brings experience as a leader in non-profit organizations and as a business owner with deep connections to our communities and a strong commitment to its continued growth and safety.

Scott Nesbit

Position #2

Commissioner Nesbit was a volunteer firefighter and ambulance driver from 2000 to 2010.  He was appointed to the Commissioner position in 2010 before being elected to the position in 2011.

Richard Jenkin

Position #3

Commissioner Jenkin was appointed to the Commissioner position in January 2025 and elected in November 2025.  He brings many years of experience in public safety from the law side as well as a having been a local business owner.  Additionally, he services on a local non-profit organization's board of directors.

Debra Crain

Position #4

Commissioner Crain was a volunteer EMT and firefighter from 1998 to 2009.  She was appointed and elected to the Commissioner position in 2011.

William Kennamer

Position #5

Commissioner Kennamer has more than 30 years of public service experience, including the US Army, Washington National Guard, and the King County Sheriff's Office.   He served in a variety of leadership and specialized assignments, and received the Medal of Honor, Life Saving Award, and Commander’s Award.  He was appointed to the Commissioner position in August 2026.

Barbara Davis

District Secretary

District Secretary Davis was hired as Business Manager in 2012 and appointed District Secretary in October 2012.  She brings years of business management, accounting, strategic planning, and project management skills to the District.
