Bid Rejection and Upcoming Reengineering

We appreciate the interest and effort shown by all parties who submitted bids for our project. After a thorough review, we have decided to reject all current bids. This decision was made in the interest of better aligning the project's scope, budget, and long-term objectives.

The project will now undergo a reengineering phase to refine the design and requirements. We are committed to delivering a successful outcome and will be releasing updated specifications in the near future.

Please stay tuned to this page for further updates. We encourage all interested contractors to review the new bid documents once they are posted.

Thank you for your continued interest and support.
