Entry-Level Firefighter/EMT

Grant County Fire District 8 is accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of Entry-Level Firefighter/EMT for future openings. 


Application Deadline:  This is a continuous posting.  Applications will be accepted and applicants tested on a continuous basis until all available positions are filled. 


REQUIRED APPLICATION PACKET CHECKLIST

  • Cover Letter
  • Completed Job Application (see Downloads section)
  • Copy of current driver's license
  • Copy of high school diploma, equivalent GED, or college transcript
  • Copies of firefighter and EMT training certifications, if applicable

All above materials must be included with your application with submitted or your application will not move forward in the hiring process.

Resident Firefighter

Grant County Fire District 8 is accepting applications for positions of Resident Firefighter.  This is a volunteer position with a monthly stipend based on level of training.


Application Deadline:  This is a continuous posting to establish a list.  Applications will be accepted and applicants interviewed on a continuous basis until all available positions are filled.
