Entry-Level Firefighter/EMT

Firefighting is very challenging and firefighters are trained to perform multiple activities other than just fighting fires.  Firefighter duties can include building inspections, disaster response, emergency medical response, technical rescue, water rescue, hazardous materials mitigation, and fire prevention. 


Grant County Fire District 8 (District) is accepting applications  to establish an eligibility list for the position of Entry-Level Firefighter/EMT. 

Application Deadline:  This is a continuous posting.  Applications will be accepted and applicants tested on a continuous basis until all available positions are filled.
